Warranty is applied only to the complete overhaul of watches. It covers the proper mechanical operation and function of the repaired watches for 6 months, including reasonable good time keeping.
Care of watches

A watch is a delicate instrument but if it is given proper care, it will provide many years of quality service and a quality heirloom to pass down to the next generation.

If you wish to have your watches well maintained, do bring them down to our shop as we have qualified masters who are able to clean and service them. They will be reverted back to near their original condition.
How Do We Do It?

Every watch brought in for servicing is disassembled.
Our technicians would examine the watch for damage and wear.
Parts that cannot be repaired are replaced with factory originals.
The parts are then cleaned using ultrasonic bath and special non-toxic cleaners.
The watch is then lubricated while being re-assembled.
The bracelet and case of the watch are refurbished if possible.
The assembled watch is then tested for operating efficiency.
Water resistance is then tested subject to the type of the watch.

Watch Maintenance Process

*Every watch will have warranty that assures every customer of the parts we use are in GOOD CONDITION.
*All timepieces will be given a 6 months warranty covering manufacturing defects of movement from Royal Crown Watches.
*In the case that the timepiece requires more parts to be changed due to excessive wear and tear, customers will be informed of the additional charges.

Step 1

DISASSEMBLY

Dismantle of timepiece and movement, every part of the movement is ultrasonically cleaned and inspected for any signs of excessive wear and tear.

Step 2

CLEANING THE MOVEMENT

All moving parts will then be lubricated to ensure that critical parts of the movement will last to their full expected life. The parts that are worn out will be replaced.

Step 3

Polishing and restoration

The timepiece case and bracelet will be completely polished to remove the scratches. We will try our best to restore them back to their factory finishing.

Step 4

TIMING CALIBRATIONS

The timepiece will then be tested for it's timing accuracy in 5 positions over a period of 48 hours. Any timing adjustment will be carried out accordingly.

Step 5

WATERPROOF TESTS

The timepiece will finally be tested for water resistance with new gaskets and seals. We will assure that your timepiece meets the factory specs.
